Ingredients:
Bengal gram, Black gram broken, Chilly, Dhanya, Asafoetida.
Instructions:
Step 1 - Raw plantain cubes, potato cubes and other varieties of tuber is par- cooked, other vegetables like ladies finger, brinjal and green leafs preparations cooked to regular boil,
Step 2 - add salt to taste.
Step 3 - Season the vegetable with onions {if necessary}, curry leaf and mustard seeds fried in oil and stir fry.
Step 4 - Add karimudhu powder depending on the portion of vegetable to a sample scale of 3 spoons to 250 gram of vegetable once they are ready to be served.
Step 5 - Enjoy this rediscovered traditional taste.
