Brinjal, Bringal Black gram, Chilly powder, Gingili Oil, Salt, Tamarind, Vellam, Bengal gram.
Directions For Use:
Step 1 - Boil the require amount of rice in the usual manner.
Step 2 - Add a proportionate measure of brinjal thokku to the boiled Rice and mix well.
Can also be had with dosai, chappathi etc.
Use clean and dry spoon only.
